Bread
A delicious loaf of bread

Sausage Bread
Submitted by the Auburndale Fire Department C Shift

Ingredients:

    1 loaf frozen bread (bake and serve style)
    2 tbsp parsley
    1 package spicy Jimmy Dean sausage
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup butter
    16 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Night before - Brown sausage and store in refrigerator overnight.
Put bread in refrigerator overnight to rise.
The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Knead dough flat and long.
Mix all other ingredients except butter together in bowl, then place in center of dough.
Fold bread and pinch to seal.
Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Take out bread and glaze with butter.

Spam and Potatoes

Ingredients:

    One pack large tortillas (corn or flour)
    2 tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil)
    1 large can Spam
    1 large yellow onion
    2 large Idaho potatoes
    1 large tomato
    1 jalapeno pepper

Directions:

Chop all ingredients (except tortillas) into small, diced size.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add potatoes and cook until soft, then add onion, jalapeno, tomato and spam.
Cover and steam for about 20 minutes (may need to add a bit of water).
Separately, warm or toast tortillas.
Add skillet mix to tortillas individually, roll and eat.

Beef Tips

Ingredients:

    1/4 cup and two tbsn vegetable oil
    2 tsp white pepper
    2 onions - chopped
    2 tsp ground black pepper
    4 lbs cubed beef stew meat
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 cups water
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 packets dry brown gravy mix (.75 oz)
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup water

Directions:

In large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Saute onions until almost translucent. Add stew meat and cook on high until meat is browned on all sides. Pour 2 cups water, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce into skillet. Stir in garlic powder, salt, white pepper and black pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Separately, combine gravy mix with 1 cup water. Mix thoroughly and stir into the meat mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
