Mango Chow

Ingredients:

    1 mango
    1 garlic clove
    Black pepper
    Crushed hot pepper
    2 crushed sprigs cilantro
    Salt for taste

Directions:

Peel mango.
Slice mango in halves, then quarters, and then thin pieces.
Crush all the ingredients and mix it together except for salt and hot pepper.
Stir it up .
Add salt and hot pepper by preference.

Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients:

    Four 36 oz. of pineapple juice
    2 cans 20 oz. of pineapple chunks
    2 cans of coconut cream
    4 cups crushed ice

Directions:

Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice into a blender and blend at high speed.
Pour into a glass.
Serve.

Champagne Salad

Ingredients:

    8 oz cream cheese mixed with 1/2 sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
    1 box frozen strawberries (thaw, do not drain)
    2 bananas sliced
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 large tub of cool whip

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13 pan and cover.
Place in freezer till frozen.
To serve: let thaw some, cut into squares, serve and enjoy.
