The 2009 Banker's Cup/Taste of Winter Haven, presented by the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, was held Feb. 3 at Nora Mayo Hall. The event recognized Virginia "Ginny" Bishop and Dr. Gary Schemmer for their outstanding contributions to the community.
